Here are some handy tips to keep yourself and your family safe whilst out watching the fireworks this year: 

 Go near to a fire work after it has been lit 

 Use sparklers without wearing gloves 

 Don’t give sparklers to any children under the age of 5  

 Assemble the bonfire close to any trees, hedges, fences or buildings  

 Don’t light fireworks after 11pm
